Hockey is booming in the area. Three years ago five St. Louis kids were selected in the first round of the NHL draft. The facility costs $78.2 million dollars. The developer is Summit Development Group.

Four months after breaking ground on the St. Louis Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, things are starting to take shape.
The facility, which is located at 750 Casino Center Drive, will feature four sheets of ice - including one outdoors - and is expected to open in September 2019.

A high-profile piece of Dallas aviation history is for sale.
The former Braniff International Airways hostess college building on the Dallas North Tollway just hit the market. Built in 1968 as a dormitory and training center for flight attendants at the Love Field-based airline, the 5-story building on Wycliff Avenue has been empty for almost five years.

A Dallas building with a 50-year-old past has hit the market.
Braniff Hostess College Redevelopment, a five-story, 59,925-square-foot building situated on just under an acre at 2801 Wycliff Ave., is being listed by real estate firm Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI). Though it most recently operated as a retirement community, the property’s current owner has conducted feasibility studies for office, condo and hotel redevelopments.
